No. Memdir is fully cloud-hosted. There is no server to buy, no software to install, and no maintenance headaches. We handle backups, updates, and uptime so your team can focus on running the association.
Members log in via a secure web link on any device — smartphone, tablet, or computer. No app download is required. Once logged in they can search, filter, and one-tap connect with any fellow member.
Your data is stored securely and belongs exclusively to your association. We will never contact your members, market to them, or share their data with any third party. You can also download the complete dataset at any time.
Members who prefer privacy can enable DND for specific contact channels. For example, a member can allow emails but hide their phone number and WhatsApp from other members' view.
Yes. Every member has a self-update portal where they can edit their contact details, add a photo, update their company/designation, and more — without needing to contact the association admin.
Yes. The system automatically sends personalised greetings to members on their birthdays and anniversaries. Admins can customise the message template.
For events and meetings, Memdir generates a unique QR code for each member. Volunteers at the venue can scan the QR code to instantly mark attendance — no manual registers needed.
Yes. Admins can send notices and circulars to all members or specific groups (e.g., city-wise, category-wise) directly from the management dashboard.
